2.2 Sonoma 1999 Cold Start Or Flooding?

Need advice on 1999 Sonoma 2.2 4 cyl. Automatic 2WD.

120,000 miles all stock, regular maintenance and tune-ups.

Transmission change at 110,000.

Hard cold start, let pump click once or twice before turning over works best.

Dont touch accelerator at all. new plugs, air and fuel filter.

Wife gas fouled one set of plugs with only 20 miles on them. had to change 2 to get it running again.

Misses on 1 or 2 when cold for a minute or 2 and then cleans up, has gas smell like old Carb type flooding.

No codes on scanner, live test show all sensors within range. Ck. Eng. light is working as normal when ignition is cycled.

Fuel press. is 45 no start, 35 after start, holds pressure after engine off.

No vacuum leaks,any suggestions, Injectors maybe?

Driving me nuts.
