Just found out about an hour and half ago that my sister is dying. She spent the day on life support and they were pulling the plug about an hour ago. I am awaiting the phone call anytime now.

That's awful Jeff.

I'm truly sorry to hear that. I'm guessing this was unexpected?

Nothing any of us say will make it any better but I wish the best for you and your family.

Oh man Jeff...so sorry to hear that. Mind giving me her first name so I can say a prayer for her before my class starts?

Sorry to hear that Jeff, myself and the wife have also been through it, since October she lost her mother, 3 weeks later her sister to cancer at age 48, 2 weeks after that her cousin, then her sister-in-laws brother, then I lost my aunt last week and now we just found out her uncle died today. Our prayers are with you Buddy.

Yes, unexpected. She is 60 and has been suffering from a form of Lupus for the past year and was recently put on dialasys (sp?), but we don't know yet what happened. She was fine yesterday and this morning she felt sick and called her son and then 911. She lives in Winona, MN, about 3 hours south of the Metro and they airlifted her to Rochester Mayo Clinic and said her brain was only functioning at 5%. What sucks is I grabbed my cell phone this morning and forgot to turn it on, I NEVER forget to do that. So I missed both calls from my brother and didn't get the messages until 5:00pm.

Well you know everybody here is behind you on this one. We'll say a prayer for her.

That is sad, and we will remember your family is prayer. Time is now your healer, and we wish comfort and support for you and your family.
