2008 Silverado 3500hd 6.6lmm Rubbing Issues!

We have just put a 6" Pro Comp Suspension lift in our 2008 3500 6.6 Silverado. We put 325/65/18 BFG A/T on it with 18" rims. They are still rubbing! That tire is only a 34.8" tire and still. So im not sure on what to do, I was thinking maybe a 305 not as wide of a tire, but then we are down to a 33 pretty much on a 6" lift?

I agree with Dan, it depends on the specs of the wheel. That tire should work with a 6" lift, but if the wheels are too wide, or the offset isn't right, you'll run into problems.

Other than width/offset issues as stated above, maybe your torsion bars are all the way down. If so, you could crank them about an inch to alleviate the rubbing. I am running a 325/60/20 with 9" of lift with no rubbing on my 1500, which would be pretty close to your setup on the H.D. with a 6" and the 325/65/18's. Come to think of it, I did rub a little with this setup initially on the front of the driver-side wheel well liner. I just drilled a couple of holes in the area of the liner that was rubbing and used a series of zip ties, which I attached to the frame, to pull the liner away from the tire. Just something to think about. Post some pics. :D

Yeah, I am thinking its the wheel backspacing. What are the wheel specs? Also....POST PICS, I bet it looks badass, rubbing or not, haha!
