Wife actually asked for "running boards" on the truck.  I'll assume she meant a step.  

 

I'd like to look at the NFAB nerfbars but can't find info anywhere.  Can anyone tell me where to find something on them.  If you have them where did you get them?

 

Thinking about those or the Grizzly double bend bars with the diamond tread plate?

 

Any other observations or opinions?

This is exactly why I was allowed to get my nerf bars.  

 

The G/F, my Mom, nor my Grandmother could get into the truck without a stepladder (in my G-ma's case).  So they gave me the go ahead to get them.

I can relate...It's almost like she's practicing for the high jump or something when she tries to get into the truck.

Do they have stainless?

Where do they mount?  Frame, body mount, rocker panel?

 

strength is an issue as I'm creeping up on 300# and my brother is there.

They ran $335 if I remember correctly, I posted a review of em, and they were $400 installed (I don't have a drill )

 

Anyway, I think they are rated up to 350#, and they are mounted to the rocker panel.  I only weigh 165#, so not really an issue, but if you are upwards of 300#, I would ask them about the sturdiness.  

 

And, they don't make a stainless, but they can chrome them for a pretty penny.  I originally wanted chrome, but didn't want to buck up the extra $$$ to cover it.
