How Much To Fix?

I got an estimate to get my truck fixed this afternoon. Pictures of the damage are posted here: http://www.gm-trucks.com/forums/index.php?...=dumbass+people. Thought that instead of telling everyone I'd let everyone guess for a day and then tell you tomorrow. On another note, the insurance company is making me pay my whole $500 deductible on this damn hit and run (they only wave it if you can identify the person that hit you). Also, I got my bill that went through a week after I filed the claim, they raised my rate $500/yr...bastards!!! Deductible, I can understand (kind of) but raising my rates for a hit and run that I had no control over? That's bull shit! They're going to get a nice phone call from me on Monday. Every time I deal with any sort of insurance I feel like I'm bending over.
