Differential Fluid?

On a 2002 1500 4wd z71 is the rear differential fluid drain plug on the differential cover or on the bottom of the whole housing? On the bottom of the housing there appears to be a flush hex head bolt would that be it? nothing on cover and is fill same style bolt but up near top. Reason I am asking my truck is turning 100,000 mi and I am planning front and rear differential fluid change and transfer case fluid change then tranny flush and filter. Dealer wants 229.00 for differntials and transfer case fluid change.
