Dealership Grand Reopening

Bravo Chevrolet in Las Cruces just finished a remodel and to celebrate the reopening they had a party. All the Camaros in the area were invited. There were Camaros from the 60s, 70s, 80s, 90s, and of course two 2010 models. There are no pictures from the 70s-90s, they just don't get my attention like the 60s and 2010s. I only got to see one of the 2010s because of all the people and what I did get sucked, but here's the pictures and videos anyways.

Thought this was just a cool picture:

Video they played before the "unveiling" (Can't see much and I cut it short cause a head got in the way) Also thought "Born in the USA" was ironic since the Camaros are born in Canada.

The tent it was parked in

Opening the tent to pull it out, but something happened and they weren't ready (lets see Toyohonda get anyone this excited)

Pics while it was in the tent:

Finally pulling it out (hard to see anything)

Hard to get a picture where you could see the car so I tried a video...you can kinda see the roof.

When I finally got close to it (still can't see much)

Mostly shitty pictures and videos, but first time I've seen it in person, it was a lot of people and a lot of fun. Great seeing the heritage and excitement everyone had. I don't ever see anyone but the American being able to pull stuff like this off.

There was some chick from GM that said it was the "official US launch of the Camaro, right here in Las Cruces" but I have my doubts...she also said they start building them on Monday, but I think the pictures we've all seen with lines of Camaros outside of the plant indicate differently.

Thanks for the fun report. I am just old enough for a "mid-life crisis" and I think a red Camaro is a required rite of passage into midlife crisis mode. I also have a secretary half my age. All I need now is a gold chain with a coke spoon hanging around my neck . The new model Camaro should eliminate the need for a Viagra prescription.

Sweet...any time you can get a lot of Camaros together in one place, it's a good time! :uhoh:

There is one hell of a lot of truth in that post!
