My Three New Mods

Just got the box today. I went with a Cam Locker as the company makes dog boxes, prisoner boxes, etc for LE. Keeping it in the family, so to speak. Also, I've had my Line-X on for about a month now. Tint match for the side windows is next and then a leveling kit.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Now, the most important mod is below. Maxi Cosi Mico car seat in Phantom. I looked high and low for a good seat that would match the black leather in both vehicles. If anyone needs one of these seats, I'll be happy to refer you to my ebay hookup. LOL We should, if all goes according to plan, have a kid riding in it near the end of May.

Just updated with an interior view. It's fully lined. Forgive the pollen. I washed the truck not 4hrs ago and it's already starting to look yellow again. Freakin pines!

That blacked out car seat is awesome! I have an ugly brown and beige Chicco in mine...it sticks out like a sore thumb with the ebony interior.

 

The other mods are great, too!

I'm glad someone gets it. I must be "new school" as I wish we had a K9 on our team - I'm swat and like k9, go figure. Just got word today that last night one of our newest handlers and his pup got a bite on a fleeing felon. We tried and tried to get him into something when I was on his shift. Every warrant we served the guys just went belly up and froze. Such is life.

 

And Kilo-9, what the heck are you doing sporting a RED truck? That's for a hose-handler!

It's made by American Aluminum. I'll not post the link because of the following. Every time I goto their site, my avast AV program kicks a network attack warning with "siplank.com/qqp" trojan warning. I would not goto this site unless you have a good AV program running. I've emailed the company to let them know their html has been compromised and hopefully they will get it fixed.

For some strange reason, I liked the fire-lighter red on the GMCs. I was a little tired of black daily drivers and the time it takes to keep them clean...not to mention the 6 month-old takes all of my free time! My main toy, the Camaro, is tactical black.

 

As for our SWAT guys, I don't think they are opposed to K9, they just feel that 2* is a rip-off of 1*. Oh, and I'm glad the new team got a mouthful of felon...I hear they taste like chicken!
