Moving To Texas

I am moving to San Antonio. I will be working on Lackland AFB as an MTI. I am wondering some good area is to live.

Anywhere on the far North side and nowhere near Lackland.

 

I'd stay far NorthWest, North, or NorthEast. Boerne is good. 281-1604 area is nice. Schertz, Cibolo, Selma areas are pretty cool. I live in Cibolo and love it here. It's further out but all new.

Agreed. There are some great spots outside of the city. SA is a fun place to be.

Guadalupe isn't TOO bad. I'm sure flow is way down. Haven't heard much about the others. The Blanco dries up pretty quickly.

I will be going to school for 7 weeks then come back to new mexico and getting my family and finish packing my stuff. Then I will be offical living down in texas by the end of July.

Welcome to the state! I'm not too familiar with San Antonio, but it's only an hour and a half away from Austin. That's where I'd spend every weekend if I was closer.
