Joe Gibbs Silverado

I am bored and have been thinking. I remember a couple years ago looking at some Joe Gibbs edition silverado's. They were some pretty sweet trucks. I haven't seen one running around for a while. Anyone out there have one or used to have one?

 

They were factory or dealer Supercharged Silvy's with custom seats, dash, and wheels.

I remember seeing RCSB versions on the front sidewalk at my local Chevy store. I thought they were cool bur WOW did they ever want a ton of cash for one.

Yeah cool trucks but definitely cheaper to mod a stock one.

I wonder how it would do head to head with Ferd's eqivilent? Did GM advertize any perf. numbers? Always liked the look of a RCSB

I came >< that close to buying one. I drove a RCSB 5 speed and a RCSB auto. Both were Whippled. The 5 speed supercharged ones only came in the 4.8 version, if you wanted the 5.3 supercharged, you had to get the auto. They were both highly fun to drive. But they were PROUD of them, that's for sure. I eventually wound up with the TBSS.
