Seat Conversion

All,

I have a '03 Yukon XL SLT with captain chairs and I would like to convert to a bench seat for more seating.

Is it possible? Are there any challenges or concerns from a safety standpoint? If possible, I'd like to do it myself by purchasing a seat from the junkyard, but not sure of the installation requirements / process.

I appreciate your help!

  Didn't I read where if Gm does the valve body on the "Allison", you get a 10yr/150k warranty? Kinda wish mine has a minor blip around 24k. Get a free trans service, and a pile of warranty.
