Best Place To Buy Corsa?

I've been waiting for someone other than Corsa to make a stainless, out the rear dual kit for my 08 SD, but I've ran out of patience. It looks like Corsa is the one I need to buy.

 

A quick Google search brings up a couple on-line dealers, including Amazon. $1200 for the Sport is the best price I can find. That includes shipping. I live in Alaska, so shipping is typically second day air only and fairly expensive.

 

I figured I'd ask before placing the order.

 

I'm on Justin's wait list for cables to gather data for one of his tunes and would like to get the exhaust installed before he gets the data. I doubt the exhaust will make much difference, but I'd rather get the tuning done afterward, jsut to be sure.....

Ebay. I picked mine up For $400. Or maybe just change the muffler, Corsa Now offers mufflers.

Whats wrong with Magnaflow... There kit is complete Stainless Steel even the clamps.. so is Borla. Don't get me wrong, but you have options. I have corsa sport and LOVE it.

 

Ebays most cases your best place to find it. Also StylinConcepts.

 

If you go with Magnaflow, Performance Peddler is a great place to get it for right at $400

You won't be disappointed with the Corsa, Mike--I have it on my truck and like it. I bought mine at TByrne about one year ago. He had by far the best price. Give them a call and see what they can do.

To anyone else....

 

I seached Ebay for the two Corsa kits and came with Zero hits. The part numbers are: 14516 (Sport) – 14517 (Touring)

 

I do not want to replace the muffler. This is a vanity thing, I like pipes out the back under the bumper. I suppose I’m just old school and think a V8 should have two pipes straight out the back. I am under no illusion that a cat back will improve performance either.

 

My truck is a Sierra Denali with the 6.2 ltr and AWD. Unless I missed it while searching web sights, Magneflow, nor any other manufacture but Corsa makes a cat back for this truck. If I am wrong, please let me know. GM doesn’t make one either, or at least that’s what my dealer told me. Magnaflow lists a kit for the Denali SUV’s, but not the truck for some reason…..

 

I actually prefer the sound of Magnaflow over Corsa or any other non-packed muffler made. I've always liked them.

Some one correct me if I'm wrong, but there's no difference in your exhaust to mine, and I know they make a kit for my truck. Hell, the kit that I got for my truck (Corsa Sport) was off an extended cab 6.5' bed and 4.8 motor and it fit my truck like a glove. Direct fit.

No way you got a Corsa system for your truck for $500 shipped. You got the China Corsa brand if that's the case.

i have been checking ebay for the last few months for a single out system for my 08 ex cab and havent even seen one posted (PN 14259). i wish i could find one for 450 or 500.

Pipe size and routing play into this. Just because one kit may fit, doesn't mean it's a smart thing to do. If the pipe size remains the same, then it 'should' work just fine. That info is pretty hard to get though. Engineers don't like to share it.

3" not big enough? The reason some of these aren't listed is because they weren't tested yet on your truck. Doesn't mean they won't fit or work as designed.

 

Corsa's obviously big on NO drone, and if its not tested, they won't share the fact that it will fit and perform as it should. But hey, do what you want... I'm only offering advive/alternative, you can take it or leave it.... doesn't matter to me.
