Rattle Behind Instrument Cluster

I have a 2007 Chevy Crewcab 1500 Classic with a rattle behind the instrument cluster. The dealer has unsuccessfully attempted to eliminate it, even removing the complete dash, but still no results. The rattle seems to be more prevalent under 65 degrees and

cold starts, which makes no sense to me. Any ideas?

Is it like a clicking noise? Maybe try turning off the air conditioning before shutting off the truck. i dunno...just a guess

No, not any vacuum issues. Its sounds like plastic rubbing together.

I understand there all motors in the instrument cluster. It sounds like one of them is loose. Aggravating as hell.

Same thing here but mine comes from the tach every time right befor the trany shifts the needle rattles. Dont know but Wired
