Where Are You Guys Mounting You Auxiliary Switches?

Got some lights and other stuff to wire up and I have some possible spots to mount auxiliary switches but I wanted to see where you all have mounted yours. I'm not taking the route of a premade switchbox, from Gall's, for example. If you have pics, post them!

In my 2005 i had my switches mounted under and to the right of my steering wheel... perfectly within reach and didnt get in the way getting in and out of the truck.

I mounted the one switch I have so far where the ashtray was, I made a little panel that fits inside where the ashtray insert goes, has room for at least one more switch. I will post a pic when I get home.

I mounted a 5 switch panel in the overhead console where the blank spot was closest to the windshield and it almost looks factory!

I mounted 2 LED switches in the blank spot above the airbag on/off switch and theres still room for a third looks really sharp, I ran the wires around the dash gauges under the steering column out through the door jam and into the engine compartment then underneath the truck to the box

no new pics yet. I changed the switchs to flush mount push button type.

Whats is that digital display for? Did you have the rear climate control there originally?
