Sounds to me that the trucks is riding on the suspension bump stops or close to it and everytime you hit a bump the truck is bottoming out on them, keep in mind that lowered suspension is going to ride rough because there is no to little suspension travel on the compression stroke, how much tire do you have on the rim size wise? Low profile tires ride really rough because there is no sidewall flex compaired to regular tires. Shocks are not going to help you much if the trucks suspension is bottoming out due to little suspension travel and your running low profile tires.

By the looks of this picture, there is little hope to have anything but a rough ride. It's almost on the bump stops just sitting there. I don't think there are many options to smooth out the ride besides raising it up some or you'll have to cut the bump stops off and move them up. Like was stated before the 22" wheels won't help ride quality either.

The rear is dropped by shackles and for that much drop in the front it's probably a combination of drop spindles and shorter springs.

From the 1st pic your truck is riding on the bump stops so you have no suspension travel on the compression stroke at all. Yes you can remove the bump stops but you will have to get shorter shocks because they look stock and will bottom out and break with those and your low profile tires are not helping at all eather as they have no sidewall flex as I said before and will ride rough even with a stock suspension.

From the looks of it, it looks like the guy just put shorter springs on and what you could do is put stock springs back on and get a set of drop spindles to get your suspension travel back but like I said those tires are going to be rough riders anyway.

hmmm i was thinking it was bad shocks case i got into my friends silverado and its a lil lower than mine and it rides rough but not as bad everytime i get in to a lil ditch fells like ima lose control of the truck and more if i get it at high speeds on a turn ..

If you like how low it is, you could invest in an air-ride set up. Not cheap, but will ride much smoother with a low stance. What part of 707 are you from? I was born in Fairfield and still have family living there.

1200 is a good price, that is about what mine cost doing most of the work myself in 05 (on my old 04 Sierra). Is that 1200 for just parts or installed? I used KP Components for parts and got good prices from them.

While all the things the guys mentioned above about the bump stops being close to bottoming, short sidewall tires riding rough, etc., are right on, you could still have bad shocks as well. Those shocks look like they are the original delivered shocks. I bet you're right about them being bad as well. Put some new Bilstein shocks on it and see if it gets you to where you're satisfied. If not, think about other mods like those recommended by others.
