Great. Just what I didn't need to start thinking about.....................

OK, thinking process has started. YESSS, I've searched here, but invariably come up with pics of aftermarket black wheels, which often look :omg: IMHO ( ie overly intricate patterns and/or on 24's) or are on 4X4's (which look good, but not for my application in 2WD and to be lowered just a bit).

I really like my stock wheels design, size, quality etc, just would perfer them in black pc, so I'm not talkin' aftermarket here.

Anyone with reputable shop suggestions?

Anyone with feedback/kudos/horror stories and/or pics?

Any particullar problems with doing powder coating on aluminum???

Cost? Obviously don't want to spend on coating what replacing them would be...

Tire changing or balancing problems? Leave a natural or clear coated rim edge?

I'd love to get my OEMs done in a very deep glossy black (UGH! for some- whatever-still better than chrome bed rails :D ), but only if it turns out near OEM quality.

Anyone?

Powder coat or buy new wheels, if you paint them, theyll just peel.
