As some of you may have been following in the "Burning Oil" thread, I have had extensive work down in atempting to repair this problem. This dealership has been completely hassle-free with everything. Not one thing was a battle, they just followed the multiple TSBs for the oil burning problem without question.

 

Between the service times when I had low oil, they just added what was needed for free to get me to the service appt. Each service, which was from 2-4 hrs long, they drove me to, and picked me up from my house. On the latest service (pistons replaced) It was a full two days so they gave me a 2012 Silverado to drive around in the meantime because I had to go to work both days and the gf was out of town. Ryan Seimens in the service department has been extremely helpful and kept me apprised each step of the way.

 

During one of the services, when I picked up the truck, there was a pretty decent chip/scratch right through the paint on the plastic bumper cover by the headlight that looked like someone dropped something on it. I brought it to thier attention and after the manager looked at it, they had it repainted without problem.

 

 

I know there's alot of dealership horror stories, but this has been one of the good ones. Hope it was ok posting this in the Vendor rating forum.
