  1. You are very welcome. Missed by a year on my guess, great looking car, still street legal?
  2. Great looking set of toys!!! Any info on the Camaro? Guessing 2001, 2002 SS?
  3. No problem. Tech can do a ride along and engage the TC, and then dis engage it to see if there is vibration present while engaged with scan tools.
  4. Maybe your torque converter is going bad? Shudder, driving over "rumble strips", are the most common signs that the TC is getting ready to fail.
  5. How about a picture of camera sitting in the tailgate handle housing? Does it seem to fit correctly?
  6. Hooked up one of U-Hauls finest offerings (notice it is a Seattle trailer in the Seattle area), filled it with furniture, then drove 162 miles to our beach house. Truck did great on I-5 and the very hilly 101, averaging 99 MPG at times?, overall ending around 21, not too shabby...
  7. Here is the parts that come from the factory:
  8. So, is it going to fit? Looks really cool!
  9. Welcome to the site. Have you thought about the Denali cluster, it is plug and play after the reprogram.
  10. Sorry, did not include that part: 11. Start the vehicle with the good battery and run the engine for a while. 12. Try to start the vehicle that had the dead battery. If it will not start after a few tries, it probably needs service. This is done after cables are connected.
  11. Honestly with my 18, 6.2, 8 speed, can get close to 23 (what the trucks says), if I stay at/right under 70. Once I exceed that MPH, it does start dropping quickly. Seems like the new engines and the 10 speed should be getting more MPG's.
  12. Honestly, I can not ever remember even seeing floor mats sold individually, always in sets of 2 and 4. If it is just the black factory mats like in your picture, maybe try a salvage yard, the K2's should be showing up wrecked by now.
  13. What kind of MPG were you expecting from a 5000 lb. truck going 72 MPH?
  14. Maybe this? Symptoms of a failed headlight switch include: Headlights and taillights failing to turn on or off Interior lights flicker, or fail to turn on or off Gauge cluster lighting off or flickering with headlights on Parking light malfunctions
  15. Does look like the HMI module is failing. Warranty work?
  16. So, I guess I get your point of trying to sell a high end vehicle right now may not be the most appropriate thing right now, but they are not the only company doing it. Then, lets take it a step further and follow your train of thought, fire the actors, GMC does not run the add, sells less trucks, closes dealers, which also trickles down to vendors who rely on the dealerships for their income, and the manufactures who supply GMC with parts, could also go into the lost jobs of the people who make the commercials, and so on. How does your idea help, but rather contribute the already growing problem, if you do not like the commercial, change the channel. Every action has a reaction, nothing is simple in our lives now.
  17. Brining up the past, I have been looking to get some recovery boards, which ones did you go with, and how do you like them?
  18. Welcome, good bye, and good luck with your new truck.

  20. Are you getting the flashing traction control lights and messaging when it falls on its face? They take over very quickly when you mash the gas.
  21. No, they do not, but they will if you can prove to be an upset customer with a valid complaint. My 14 K2 ended up being a "trade allowance", which put me in my 16 K2, which ended up being a full blown buy back, which put me in my current 18 K2. It is a long grinding process, but can be done. And, you are very welcome, good luck in your quest to get things resolved. Happy Thanksgiving!!!
  22. Yea, I get it, factory Nav was such a must have at one point, but now Cell Phones can do so much, it is kind of becoming absolute. Makes you wonder what the next big thing will be in cars to catch up.
