  1. The upper trim is what you have now? You have a part # for them? I’m trying to see all the options out there. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  2. No mirror will be PnP. You’ll need to modify your door or swap them out. I validate each customer truck and mirror prior to provisioning a solution. You can reach me at HarnessDR.com Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

  11. I saw this thread earlier when it was posted, but been super slammed with orders. This is most definitely an aftermarket mirror based on this wire colors, sleeving, and overall finish of the wire. Can you explain the pink wire that is out? Was it like this or did you do this? The middle row of pins (5 pins total) are your circuits for - Mirror Heat (Pin #8), Mirror Motor Up/Down Control (Pin #9), Mirror Motor Left/Right Control (Pin #10), Ground (Pin #11), Driver Mirror Motor Common (Pin # 12). The empty slot is position #7 which is not used (for mirror memory) in this mirror. The top (can only see a red wire in your pic) and the bottom row (all empty), are usually the lighting circuits. What I would do - is disconnect the passenger mirror and focus on driver only mirror first. With the driver mirror only plugged in, what happens? While you're at it, can you confirm the part # of the switch you are using? Let's keep the troubleshooting here, so it will be visible to everyone. I have seen aftermarket mirrors that have their motor wires flipped... so this will take some troubleshooting.
  12. There is no programming adjustment. Have you tried to disable/enable them from the IP switch? Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  13. I don’t think the USB ports are bad. You mentioned the front USB hub worked at some point but the storage compartment hub only charged. So I don’t think there is anything wrong with the hardware. Since you also had the upper glove (short green cable) USB port, then the output from the HMI should be working as wells. I would retry the connections, make sure the front usb hub has the usb cable and black 6-pin fully seated. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  14. Replacing the HMI requires programming to your VIN and a replacing/programming will run in the several hundreds. If you still have your jump seat, you may want to try and swap the USB hubs from your factory jump seat, to the console. There are hardware differences in the USB hubs between the 2014/2015 and the 2016+ hardware. Your jump seat USB Hub has an SD Card slot whereas the console will not. The front USB hub in a 2014/2015 console will have a triple USB hub whereas the yours has a double usb port.
  15. Excited to start this project. Have some parts on order Thanks again for all the details/help on this!
  16. Ok. That should work. If you are not getting any charging, it could be possible to have a dead (inactive) green port on the HMI. If that is the case, your only option may be to hook it up the other way you had it. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  17. They typically cycle all the way out when opens door after removing power from the battery. It typically cycles back after opening/closing the door once. Did yours not return to normal? Have you tried the instrument panel button to “enable” them? Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

  23. April, Thank you SO much for sharing this! I’ve spent countless hours texting him with various stuff for his truck. I enjoyed all of it. I truly enjoyed and appreciated his passion for what he did. I was so heartbroken so hear about what he went through and spent some time talking about the treatments and such. Really nice to see his legacy carried on by his family. Continued prayers for all! Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
