  1. Any luck after replacing that module? I believe I have the same problem as you did. No heat from any of the 4 elements, yet power/light to the heated seat controls. As far as I know, all of the fuses are good, unless there's another fuse somewhere inline after the controls.
  2. Pulled off the entire door panel. Had to snake the harness out. It’s a bit of a pain in the balls. Just take note of the orientation of the harness and how it was routed originally. I’m sorry for the delay! I’m sure you got it done already Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  3. Sorry! I’ve been MIA. This was driver side door. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  4. I do a good mix of highway and town driving. CAI (for what that’s worth) l, 2in level on the front, and I took the air dam off the bottom of it. Still getting 18.1mpg average. From Long Island to Syracuse I usually get 20.5-22. Best ride I ever had was an 8 hour ride to my gfs college. 24.1. But that was with no level, CAI, and dam on. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  5. Front Rear Worst looking tire. 45400 on them. Purchased the truck with them on it Dec ‘16. I’m in the same boat and will be getting new tires before winter rolls around. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  6. I’ve never had experience with yours, but I have 265/6518s wrangler duratraks on my Sierra. That’s what came stock from the factor. 43k on them and I’ve had zero problems with them. I did a trip to Duck NC with them and forgot to air down on the beach... still had zero problems. Even in loose sand. Only thing is I should’ve kept up with rotating them a bit more. Front edges are a bit more worn than the rests at the moment. But like I said, that’s my own fault and I’m sure that’ll be the same on any aggressive corner/edge of a tire Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  7. Does the smell you’re talking about smell like wet dog crap? Because I’ve had that for a bit, and can not seem to get rid of it. Did the filter swap work for your odor issue? Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  8. Following up... I soldered in about an inch of wire on the break. I also pulled it so there was a bit of slack on both ends. Originally, I was worried that adding wire would somehow mess with the resistance of the wire enough to trigger computer issues or whatever TF else that could go wrong. I have had zero issues and full operation on my door panel. Todd, I would not have found my break without pulling the harness out. My break was actually behind the fitting that goes into the door. My second pic is a bit deceiving. I pulled the door jam boot back past where the the fitting met the door so I could have more access. I would not recommend your method as you will most likely cause more tension and another break soon thereafter. I would add a bit of wire for sure.
  9. Hey Phil, Thanks for the response. No work has ever been done on the door, until now... I found the issue... Pics attached... Heres a question for you, If I add a little bit of wire to the green and yellow, will it mess with the operation. Obviously adding wiring will change the resistance of that wire. Ideally I would love to add even just a half an inch to lessen the tension on that wire and prevent stretch. Let me know what you think.
  10. Hey all, after fishing the wiring harness out of the door I have found the issue. Underneath the the rubber boot in the door jam, right where the fitting goes into the door, my green/yellow wire is cut clean. It almost looks like somebody cut it with a pair of scissors. Everyone having these issue is effed up. I’m going to add a little bit of wire to give it some length so it’s not tight tight, and then solder and heat shrink. This will resolve my issue as there is no corrosion. I will post a picture when I get computer access. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  11. So I have gotten this far. My connections look EXCEPTIONALLY clean. I can also find no evidence that the green/yellow is out of the pigtail. Upon reconnecting the door panel to see if I could get up and running again, I am still left with no power and a door ajar. What would be your next step of troubleshooting? Thanks, Matt
  12. Hey all, please forgive of a repeat post, I am computer less right now and craptalk app is my only means of searching (absolutely horrible interface) and posting. I have a 2017 Sierra and ran into an issue with my driverside door. I currently have no control over my windows and the door alarm constantly says that the door is open. The light for child door locks comes on when pushed but no light on the window locks. All windows can be controlled on their individual door switches. I’m hoping this is just a dud fuse, but can’t seem to find which one it is, even after looking in the manual and online. Any help would be appreciated, and if possible would love not to get wrecked at a dealership Thanks Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  13. Defined interested in seeing some pics Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  14. Just installed a 2in MotoFab bottom spacer last night. Love the look of a leveled truck. It just seemed to lack the aggressive look with the rake. Next will be new tires. I wanna keep the stock 18in wheels. I’m stuck between 285/65 and 275/70. I know a lot of people run the 285s, and I saw one guy in here with a 275/70, messaged and haven’t gotten a response yet. Anyone have any experience with the 275? Was there any rubbing? Here’s some picks of the truck before and after and the wheel sizes I’m looking at. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  15. I’ve heard of this issue, but never had an issue with it. I would try resetting your phone and see if that helps. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  16. I just fixed my issue. I deleted all links between my phone and the truck. That did not work. Here is a link for a youtube video which helped me fix the issue. For me it had to do with my software on the phone. I am currently running 12.1.2 IOS on my iphone7Plus. Hope this helps someone https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=kCsbx8Nl2Sc
  17. Hey all. Anyone have any issues where when the phone is plugged in it charges, but Carplay does not come up at all? It has been spotty the last few months and now I don't have anything. Tried 5 different cables, All USB ports. Can't seem to find any solution or anyone with the same issue as myself.
  18. Oh wow. So it is a Sierra/Silverado thing kinda. Thanks BlkSS Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  19. Red backing is for 14-16s. Blue backing is for 17s and up. Is this correct? I’m near positive that it is not a Sierra/Silverado or 1500/2500/3500 thing Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  20. This switch was originally put in 1500s and the canyon/Colorado’s. The HD ATX came out later. Should have zero issues putting in yours Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  21. I bought an all terrain x late 2017 and opted out on the lights option. Thought 999.99 was a bit much for two pods and a switch. Only to find out when I rigged my light bar on the sport bar, the wires for the lights were already in there. Anyway, here’s my current set up. Planning on adding more lights. As of now, I have a 48inch bar on top and two pods on the license plate angled a little outwards for more light on my long treks. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  22. Awesome! Would you mind if I post my setup? It’s not as clean as yours, as it’s not factory style switch, but I have 6 switches installed in the console. Let me know if you would like to keep this OEM only! Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  23. Following thread. Just bought strut spacers and am concerned with CV angles and Ball Joint angles. Thanks for posting.
  24. https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B01CEICZLC/ref=oh_aui_search_detailpage?ie=UTF8&psc=1 Definitely not the best quality, but it does what i need to do. Theres a few different brands on amazon.
  25. My 2017 All Terrain X.... fresh and clean just in time for the rain...
