4.3 Tbi Valve Seals

Hi, i have a problem with my truck: 93 Sonoma 4.3 tbi. A not so little puff of smoke comes out the exhaust when i start the engine, the smoke goes away after 10 seconds. i really hate this, so i decided to change my valve seals. When i removed all of the valve springs i noticed that all my exhaust valves didn't have a seal, only a o ring, and by the way they were hard as a rock so i had to destroy them. i bought a kit that came with only 6 umbrella seals for the intake valves, but it came with 12 o rings, so my question is:

Do you recommend to buy another set so i can put umbrella seals on the exhaust valves too?

If so, do i have to install the o rings on all the valves also?
