Passanger Side Airbag Off?

I recently installed 6 way power seats in my truck. Under the passager side seat there are two connectors, one big one and one that has two wired (tan/w and pink). The new seat didn't have that small connector, so I pulled it off of the old seat and installed it in the new seat. The airbag light on the dash went off when I did that, but the rear view mirror still says Passanger Airbag Off. Anyone have any idea's?
