Wheel Backspace Question

Quick question, hoping someone could answer.

 

18x9 wheel with 5" backspace

 

and

 

20x10 wheel with a 4.5" backspace

 

will the 20x10 stick out a 1/2 inch further or 1.5 inches further than the 18x9 wheel?
