just curious how often should trucks be aligned? i recently had mine aligned the front end that is because they said the back end dosen't need to be, i'm driving on some pretty bumpy snow drifts and curious how soon it will take to the knock the alignment off again..also do torsion bars take a bigger beating then coils?

I usually get mine done once a year, but you could knock it out of alignment if the driving conditions are bad enough. As long as your truck is tracking straight, etc. I wouldn't worry about it.

its hard to say my current set of tires are worn unevenly on the outter edges so it pulls easily depending on the road surface..the truck will be aligned again when i get new tires next month but i don't want to run into the same problem i have with these tires(driving with the camber off and not knowing it)

I purchased a lifetime alignment and have it done everytime the tires are rotated....approximately every 6k miles.

I think it should be done one's in every year.....so that you don't face any trouble...you can even do after certain miles...its better you contact the dealor who will guide you

$150 at my local Firestone....I've had it done 4 times now so I'm already up on them....

interesting, i don't offroad alot besides gravel roads..i get the biggest beating i believe is the unplowed roads which end up feeling like driving on the moon, tons of bumps and uneveness

I plan on doing mine once a year. Just had it done last month. After I went all over town trying to find someone who could do it, they told me it wasnt even too far out. Just try to follow that, or when you feel it is out, have it done. Should be pretty noticable.
