Navigation Question

I just wrapped up the install of my Factory In-Dash Navigation on my 09 Sierra. I have VSS Wires and Voice Recognition Wires hooked up along with the GPS Antenna....everything seems to be working great except for the Cursor on the Screen....for Example if you are Heading North, the Cursor is Pointing East....if you are Heading East everything seems fine....if you are Heading West The Cursor is Pointing East and it looks like you are going backwards. The system seems dead on, however the Cursor is Stuck and the Map Doesn't Seem to Rotate When you Turn....it doesn't matter which of the 3 views that you use...(Facing North, or 3D) Anyone have any input?

The NAV in the GMT900 trucks doesn't rotate; at least the one in my truck never has. Still works fine though....
Touch the North arrow top left and Nav switches to either North always forward or direction of travel always forward.

Thanks for the Suggestion...I have already done this and the thing is stuck going east, doesn't matter which view you are in....I understand what V8GMT Guy is saying.....and when I am in the North Always forward Screen the Cursor should at least head the Direction I am heading(even if the top of the map is north)...for example South, East, or West...also when I remove the Nav Disc and it brings up that little compass thing, the Compass is stuck on Straight East, it doesn't rotate.. This stuff all worked in my 2007 Model without any issues, and when you did put the screen in 3D Mode the Map would appear to rotate when you turned. Basically the best thing I can suggest is that if you are heading North down the street, imagine your cursor pointing East the whole time, it basically looks like you are sliding down the road sideways....the only time it actually appears to be functioning correctly is when you are heading East.

VSS Wire had come unhooked with the cheap Wire Tap they provided with the Kit....I reattached the VSS and soldered it in this time and now it works great.
