Hey guys!

I have a few questions about which cover to get for my '07 Sierra (NBS). Which one would you guys go with overall? Better quality, fitment, installation, or warranty? I would like to get one that has a little more security since my tailgate locks. If you have any input I would really appreciate it before I go and buy one. Thanks a lot!

I just ordered a Snuglid. Not exactly what you were thinking of, I realize, but I started out with a soft cover in mind, then moved to a fold a cover style, and decided that it was worth it to go with the real deal. Two people can get the Snuglid off rather easily, and in my view one cannot do better than the look of a hard color matched cover.

I've got the Extang Revolution installed on my '08 Silverado ext. cab and have been very pleased with the look and fit. It's about as low of a profile as you can get without being flush with the bed. Does not show the crossbars except for when it's cold and the tonneau contracts. As far as security goes, you have to let the tailgate down in order to access the release latches, but by it being a soft tonneau, it does very little to stop a determined thief. One last thing. The Revolution does not use snaps or velcro. It uses a tension system that keeps the tonneau tight. It's makes for a lot faster opening and closing than velcro or snap systems. :rollin:

For future reference, it's frowned upon to post multiple new threads of the same question. It's that way on most forums. Sometimes there's a glitch and several get posted at the same time, but doing it in different subforums doesn't work out well.

i just went through this.... and the truxedo and extang you're looking at were 2 of my top3 choices (access was the 3rd).

 

i chose to go with the lo pro qt and happy i did. plus, for $350 shipped you cant go wrong with the truxedo (ebay)

Snuglid...that was a consideration but then decided against it because I haul my motorcycle and other tall things in the back and it wouldn't quite work out.

 

Agreed CleanGene if they want in that bad they will get in. Just a bit more of a deterrent.

Dude, I need to send him a bill for commission. I have sent about 10 people to him including Matt and since Matt's thread I have seen at least 5 more people that are buying from him.

 

What do you think, 10% sound about right? $350X15=$5250 which equals a check for me of $525. I am sending him a bill :rollin:

 

Seriously though, he has great customer service, fast shipping and a price that you cant beat. Plus the cover rocks.
