07 Nbs Silverado Electrical Problem....

I have a 07 NBS Silverado with the warranty running out in August(it has 24000 miles on it)..It's gonna be a quite a while before I can get it worked on so I'm curious If anybody has had this problem so maybe I can fix it before hand..

 

While I'm going down the road and using several electrical devices (a/c,cruise,ect) and suddenly use something like a brake light/cruise control it shuts off different items like the stabilitrak,airbag,lights dim,ect and the door locks will go crazy going up and down..It seems like the electrical load it too much because when I hit the brake lights everything in the truck will dim such as dash lights,radio,temp/comp,radar detector,ect on mirror....My obvious guess would be the battery, but the truck starts fine every time I hit the key...Has anybody had this problem and received a solution??? The batteries on these truck suck. Mine starts fine but if I leave the radio on for an hour the battery is dead.

well i went today and bought a new battery even though this delco isn't quite 3 years old yet..I'll see what happens when i leave for work in a bit..

Same year. Same problem. Dealer replaced main fuse panel. So far so good. Check this other thread:

Only difference is my truck never shuts off..It seems the battery was the problem as I drove over 60 miles yesterday without a hiccup..
