Traction Assist...how Do I Shut It Off?

i want to shred some tires and i know i can but i have traction assist.

 

05 sierra 2500hd

6.0l, 4.10 gears.

 

how the he** do i turn off the traction assist? do i have to pull a fuse?

Don't think its traction control. more like torque management! its kicking in to save you transmission by retarding timing and cutting engine power. the only way to disable it is with a custom tune or a diablo tuner. hope that helps.

No superchips!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Diablo or custom tune only! I went with a diablo and now I can burn all first gear, YAY!!!

If it's anything like the Traction Control on my (gas) truck then just press and hold the T/C button (if your HD has one) for 5 seconds.
