Just purchased recently and the tires and rims are the first to be replaced

 

Thinking of going to 18 x 9 rim with 305/70R18

 

Anyone have this set up or close to it that could tell me if you had to trim or cut anything?

It really all depends on the backspacing of the wheels you choose. With the right backspacing and a good 2" crank of the keys you MAY get by with only trimming plastic. But trimming metal is a real possibility.
