Aux Switch

I'd like to add a couple of aux switches to the pod where the air bag switch is on a 2001 Silverado. I know there's one available for the area left of the air bag switch. Does anyone know if there is a switch or switches that can go in the upper half of that pod, where the On-Star goes? I'd appreciate a part number if anyone has one. Thanks.

I have a GM switch pod housing that allows you to have 4 difference switches in it.  The housing P/N is 15040484 and teh cover plate P/N's are 15734687.

 

JPendlum has som part numbers for different GM switches list on his Parts page.

Thanks for the responses. I'm aware of the 4-pod housing, switch for the lower left pod, and the cover plates. I was just wondering if there was another switch that I could put in the upper pods while I was at it.  Looks like the same swith would fit if it was installed upside down in the upper right pod.  Writing would be upside down though. Don't know if I'm crazy about that.

I had a local 4wd shop down the street put 2 switches in for me.  Both went in the left side of the airbag shutoff.  I used 2 15722980 switches.  The top 1 is for the rear aux. backup lights, the bottom is for the Hellas I have on the grilleguard.  No problems with the switches at all.  A good mod, and Jason can help with wiring suggestions.

Thanks. I appreciate all the effort. Looks like the switches I'm looking for probably don't exist. I'm thinking about hooking up my aux back-up lights to the cargo light switch instead of adding another switch. Anybody done that yet?
