I was just wondering if anyone knew why that the spectra cold air intake was so much cheaper than other CAIs? Is it a lower qaulity or what?

I was just wondering if anyone knew why that the spectra cold air intake was so much cheaper than other CAIs? Is it a lower qaulity or what?

 

In the giant scheme of things, a CAI is just a washable filter on the end of a plastic (or metal) tube. I haven't had any experience with the spectra, but say $500 for a K&N one that is just a chrome tube + $50 filter is expensive for what you get.
