Road Noise

for the last few months i have noticed excess road/engine noise around the foot area on the drivers side.....it seems to do this whether i am on the gas or not and it kind of has a faint "hissing" / "vacuum" noise

 

i know i have commented in the past on this and a few others have noticed the same, but has anyone figured it out? its driving me bonkers

 

2010 silverado with 9000miles thx

 

 

btw....does it with radio off and also with the climate control off
