Yuck

IMO wooden steering wheels belong on Peterbilts and Kenworths but its your truck so do what makes you happy

I damaged my factory leather wheel so I am looking at my options. I had a wood/leather factory steering wheel in my Lexus LS400 and now in my 2006 S500 MB. Kinda like it. Looks very rich in those cars. With the fake wood interior stuff it would fit right in.

Thanks

Have one in my 2008 Silverado LTZ. Different Company, but the same idea. It does dress up the interior that has the other wood trim.

Actually I might be taking it out because I might be trading the truck. Let me know if you are interested.

I called this guy. He is soon switching to a plastic composite type. These will be stable and should not tend to crack the clear like wood wheels do over time. He also told me the wood look in the Chevy is slightly different than the GMC's. He is working on perfecting the wood look to match that of the GMC interiors. So I will wait for now and get a composite wheel when he has them finished in the GMC wood tone.
