I am usually all for jurisprudence & fair trial and all that jazz...really.  But common sense should prevail here.  Don't let Johnny Cochran defend these suckers with your tax dollars!

Since they have pretty much confirmed that these are the SOB's that are responsible for the shootings. We had better hope that VA gets a chance to try them. As far as I know MD does not support the death penalty.

nope MD doesnt have the death penalty.  Former cop was on fox news this am and said he hopes they are tried in virginia and the lady host was like yea they have the death penalty

Once tried and convicted, I say lock them in a room, give the families of the victims the keys and whatever tools they might want, and let them do as they feel is appropriate.  I'm sure justice would be served well that way.

Yep, we've gotten away from the swift and certain punishment that might steer some away from criminal activity.

I think they have the death penalty for adults in MD. Just a new deal about minors or something.

Well, I think a good punishment would be, for every person he shot, shoot him, save his life and just repeat until you have shot him as many times as he shot people, the on the last time just let him die.
