I hate loosing the hour of daylight in the evening. Kinda limits what you can do outside after work.

XP should change the time back and forth automaticaly if you told it to do so and any tasks should just run at the new time.  Changing times does not bother me that much.  What's with an hour here or there.  It's when I have to set the clock back twelve hours after flying a twenty hour flight half way around the world that it really messes with me.   The great thing is that its always happy hour somewhere

Yes, extra sleep, but the darkness an hour or 2 after getting home is going to suck for the rest of the fall leaf season.
