Nbs Sunroof Leaking?

I have a new to me, 07 NBS crew cab with a sunroof. A couple weeks ago, my girlfriend noticed the seatbelt was wet as she went to put it on. Today it was raining fairly hard out for some time and I noticed the seatbelt was damp again. I quickly opened the sunroof all the way and in the front driver and passenger corners of the sunroof depression I can see two factory holes which appear to be a drainage hole? There was just a tiny amount of water in there but it was enough that I suppose it could travel back to the seatbelt. I'm not sure if the sunroof is leaking, the factory cab lights are leaking, the luggage rack bolts... Anyone have an idea or if you have a sunroof have you noticed the area getting wet at all?

we have had a lot of rain here last week. the other day i went to drive off after the truck had sat for a couple of hours, i hit the gas and water shot out of the A piller on to my lap. i looked at the pasenger side and it was wet on the a piller too. went to the dealer ship right away, turned out the drain on the passenger side was crushed where it was clamped up to the roof. they opened it back up for now, and it drains, but it is going in for new drain tubes.
