Power Window

I've noticed this in the winter after a freezing rain storm when i tried to lower the window. Only one of the four windows would not work i figured that it was probably iced up and didn't want to move so i let it be . Lately the weather here has been warmer so i tried to lower it today and once again it wouldn't work

tried both the master controls on the driver door and also switch on the door in question, left rear door window will not work at all. Just wondering if anybody can

share their opinions on where i might be able to look first, cause i doubt that it would be a fuse, all other windows work fine.

Pull the door panel and check for power.
