2003 Yukon Front End Sagging.

Need help. Had a tie rod changed on my yukon and when they did the alignment they noticed that the drivers side was sitting lower then the passenger side. They adjusted the torsion keys so that it sit level, but now the driver's side key is adjusted to the max height and the passenger side still has alot more adjustment left. Any ideas what could be the problem? Will replaceing the torsion keys for leveling the front solve problem.

Just a guess:

shock(s) could be worn

different size tire

how much difference was there? - could be the old chevy lean

shocks on an 03 Yukon have nothing to do with the ride height. The shock does not support the vehicle, the torsion bar does (a strut can cause issues, but that is not a factor in this application).

sounds like a worn torsion bar. If you wanted to add "lift torsion keys" you could, but assuming the shop was prudent in checking all of the other front end components (which I'm sure they were if they were doing any front end work), the torsion bar is the only item left.

The torsion keys do not have to be set equal. They can be adjusted independently to achieve a level ride. Honestly I've only heard of one time that torsion bars sagging caused an issue in a vehicle that wasn't very old and that was on a 1500 Suburban that was stretched to a limo, and of course the extra weight was the cause of the issue.
