RPO's?

Hello, just bought a nice 95 GMC Z71, ext-cab, short box. I would like to find out as much as I can about it. In particular some way to decode the VIN and RPO's. Can anyone send me to a site where there might be such a list. All I can find is 1998 and newer.

most of the rpos are the same thoughout the years

 

For example the Z71 pkg has been around awhile (its the offroad pkg)

 

The axle ratios also are the same.  So you can look at the 98 RPOS and they will be the same for your 95

TOPO........They have RPOs right here on this

site.  Look to the left under the features column.

And there ya go !  Ryan is right.. 95 should be

mostly the same as 98.................geo
