Calling All Critics ******* Nerf/step Opinions Please

Been stuck for a few days trying to figure out what to do!

OEM 6" Ovals ---- N Fab Nerf ---- or nothing at all?

Bought some 6" OEM ovals installed on one side and 99% sure I dont want them. Not that they are poorly made because they are like a rock but they seem to flow well with my theme in my opinion (see pics below)

All info, thoughts or critisism welcome!

Thanks!

The chrome looks horrible with your setup and your truck looks like a lowrider with the steps.

If I were you, i'd go with no steps at all...

But if you HAVE to get steps ( I assume because of the missus), the NFab or Go Rhino Dominator IIs in black would look best on your truck

And I always say, the AMP powerstep is the slickest, most badass step out there...if u can swing the dough for one of them you wont be disappointed

If you like the looks of the steps hanging out there and need them, go for it. OR, if you are like me and need steps for family (required as part of truck purchase) and don't like the steps sticking out all the time, get the AMP power steps. Yes, they are not cheap, but I expect them to last as long as my truck (and they can be repaired if needed)..

I say nfab or nothing. I had nerf bars on my 2008 for my wife when she was pregnant and took the off afterwards. Makes the truck look too low.

Fixed side steps just don't work or look well IMHO..The retractable AMP steps are the only way to go..

And for the $1600-ish that they will cost you, you could buy nearly 4 sets of N-Fab steps. Personally, I have

better things to spend my money on, thanks.

Thanks for the thoughts guys. I have to do something for the misses and kiddos when the ride. I found the factory OEM's for $175 on craigslist, decided to try them out after all dont think I will have a hard time getting my money back they are $600 at chevy place. Now I just need to find a set of N Fabs for that price and I will be set!
