PARTS ZONE ON-LINE

This site features Parts Zone On-Line as a Preferred Vendor..I cannot get through to them with any of my E-Mails..even after numerous tries.

 

Is anyone else having problems with getting through to this Vendor?  If, they dont answer E-Mails, why are they PREFERRED VENDOR FEATURED AT GM TRUCKS????

 

I would hate to order parts from them, if, they dont even answer E-mails.

they've answered every email i've sent them including send me a list of prices for about 30 items at one time.

If, they want new Customers..I would sugguest they dont randomly pick who they E-Mail back.

wow.  I emailed them at 10pm on sunday night and had a reply by 10am the next morning (monday)

I'll second, third, fourth, or fifth that (whatever we are on now).  Bill has given me nothing but great service that's why I suggested Parts Zone Online to zane for a preferred vendor so that everyone here knew about the savings.  In my opinion Bill is the only on-line parts vendor that is worth anything, always had great customer service, the best prices and fastest shipping times.

I gotta support PartsZoneOnline.com too.  I always have had great service from them.  Whether it be over email or over the phone, they are very good with their handling of the customers and they have some of the best prices.  Bill is also a very patient because I have called before not knowing anything about stuff I was ordering and he cleared it up for me.

I assure you, we only allow the best companies to become preferred vendors. As everyone else in this thread has stated, we've all gotten great service.

 

What email address are you using to send emails to them?

May i suggest calling Bill on the phone?

I've had five orders without problems.  Received them within 5 days through USPS.  I have sent one email inquiry on part numbers for Escalade folding mirrors, response with part numbers and pricing was received before noon the next day.

 

NO PROBLEMS.

Just wanted to give some feedback on partszoneonline

 

I ordered some parts on a mon or tues and had them by friday early afternoon.  very pleased

 

Only problem is they dont reply to emails (still waiting on one i sent like 2 or 3 wks ago)

 

And by the way Im still waiting for a reply..even after I said SECOND REQUEST!!

Not knowing exactly what happened, but in Bil (and everyone who gets lots of emails) defense.  If I can't answer an email right away it normally gets so far back in the inbox by the next day that I completely forget about it.

oh yea there was a mix up and i sent it from another email address which i never check thought i sent it from yahoo but i didnt.  I sent it from my outlook
