3" Body Lift / Step Bars -- Post Them!

i'm still trying to decide on the exact set up im looking for. I was hoping for some pictures to from someone who has done it already.....im looking for anyone who's done a 3" body lift with the leveling kit and side step up bars of any type. I am looking for pictures of the bars to be under the cab like factory, i mention this because ive only been able to find pictures with a 3" gap. I'm mainly curious if my westin step bars will cover the frame from showing. Thanks!

i'm assuming you have round westin tube steps? they mount to the frame... aka they will be three inches lower from where they are now once you install the body lift. youll need an n-fab type bar, somethin that mounts to the body and not the frame

I had the Westin bars on mine, you can see them in my sig. I took them off and sold them before I put my BL on because you would have had to modify them to raise them to cab height.

yeah, I'm between a 1.5 and a 3" body lift. I'm going with the 1.5 cuz i dont think i can put any bigger tires on between the two sized body lifts (im not willing to shell out the necessary 1400 bucks for a suspension lift). Thanks for your posts! and yeah i saw i'll have to modify the westins, i was just curious if they covered up seeing the frame so it wasnt totally obvious i took the easy road for a lift lol.
