How To Stop The Window Noise

That looks like camper shell tape. Or foam strip insulation...... Usually that is applied to the body where your shell will sit against it, to prevent noise and removal of paint. Might just be the answer. It is malleable enough to give till completely squashed.

Yeah the window that I took the pictures of was very loose. The previous owner cramed cardboard and electrical tape behind the latch the tighten it. I did not like the look so I removed it and found out it was very loose. The latch was actually so bad it would tighten so far it would force the window out and do the exact opposite it was suppose to be doing. After applying this weather stripping it was tight and created a very tight seal. No more wind coming in, no more leaks, and no more loose latch. Adding this weather stripping to both sides took me maybe 20 minutes. If you take your time you can make it look even better than mine. The nice thing is if it does not do the job you want it to, you remove it and use some goo gone or a razor to remove the adhesive side. I am very happy with it and it works great.
