2002 chevy silverado 2 of the 3 cigarette outlets do not function

I have a 2002 chevy silverado 1500 ext-cab ls. I have been fairly busy and have been unable to dig into this problem too much, but a few months ago all my cigarette outlets were working. One day I plugged in one of those adapters for cigarette outlet to 12 volt plug convertors and it worked but all of the sudden the whole system stopped working. The convertor was junk so I returned it and got a new one. I tried the new one on the second outlet and same thing so long story short I returned them both.... fast forward 2 months I've checked the fuses on the drivers side under the dash but did not find any blown fuses however the two outlets still do not function. I only have one functioning cigarette outlet. Any ideas? are there any fuses elsewhere? should I try just replacing those even though they're not blown?

I had a same problem with mine a few years back (same scenario ironically) & if I recall I had a blown fuse under the hood. Id check under there, if I get a chance I'll have to look at mine again to verify that I'm not losing it...

X2.... Check the fuse block under the hood. For the life of me I can't remember what else is on the circuit, but I found it trying to fix something else.
