OK! So i looked at the crossover points set in my headunit and that was the problem. Now my speakers dont go below 60 hz and the subs dont go above. Sounds great..... But of course in my quest for SQ im not fully satisfied. It wont happen anytime soon but some mid bass drivers are definitely in my future.

Man! My friend turned me on to music by a group called bassnectar.... INSANE beats. And this sub sounds sweeeet doing it. This whole experience has turned me off of mainstream brands and on to high quality off brands.

Ok i snapped some pics of it in. Its not carpeted yet but i will. Any tips on carpeting this oddly shaped box? Also thinking about sealing my front doors. Has anyone done this with fiberglass or should i just use some plywood? On to the pics.

Seat up, i didnt think when cutting the front panel that there would be no top here. I think ill just extn the foam up over the lip. Im gonna pad the storage box and hopefully it keeps vibrations down.

Passenger side with port. Most people told me i didnt have enough port area, a few told me itd be fine. Thing sounds great.

My gigantic 8awg cable which was probably more trouble than its worth.

And of course the most important part... Other wise id have a box with holes in it.

I was told by many that i wouldnt accomplish this with a sub that size, even if i lifted the seat... Well they were wrong. In and bangin!

For those still following this rediculously long build, i found the culprit behind my iphone video transmission problem. Its the usb extension cable i used to get the connection to my center console. Im going to have to call tomorrow, ill actually have time during their hours, and find out what i need. I also added the brake bypass just to eliminate steps when i do want to watch, not going to watch while driving dont worry.

Tested a dvd first before taking apart my dash... Holy crap its like the theatre... BUT better! My parents were around so i had them sit in there, mom wants me to build her a home audio system lol.

Hopefully ill be pulling that box soon and carpetting it.
