Hello all, My name is Rob and I'm from the Hawkeye state of Iowa. I joined a few days ago, so I thought it was time for a proper intro. I am a retired bologna cooker of 33 plus years, and currently drive a city bus part time. Enjoy all sports, expecially dirt stock car racing. We raced open wheel modified and late model ground pounders for 22 seasons. Many track titles and many empty coolers over the years. Got out of it due to high cost of everything to go fast. Fishing, hunting, and my truck has taken over for me now.

My truck is a 2011 Silverado 1500 4wd, Ext cab LT, with the Z71 all star edition and appearance package. I bought it about 1 year ago and have had the mod fever since. Opting for the blacked out theme. List of mods are,,,

Ryan, they are the Prestige Brand. Not as pricey as the Bushwackers and holding up well. My truck just screamed Red when I got it, and they were one of the first mods I did to break up all that red.

I coined that screename many years ago. Not knowing the true meaning of southern ties with that name. I am as proud of our U.S. flag as you can get. At the time I thought of that name, it was all about being proud of our country and wanting to reflect it . I Googled that name a couple years ago because I was getting some flack about it. Didnt even know the true meaning. American born and raised , and proud of it, is all I put into my screen name " StarsnBars "
