3 inch leveling kit

is a 3 inch leveling kit too much for the 04 gmc sierra, it is a fourdoor shortbed slt with a 5.3l v8

what i mean by too much is if a 3 inch will create a pinion angle too great for the cv joint on the drive shaft or if it will create great stress on any steering elements?

luckily your leveling kit should be torsion keys, which means you can install it and then de-crank the bolt down so you dont stress out the front end, however on your truck i would look over the front end and make sure it's tight, they're notorious for going out and adding the leveling kit will just amplify any hidden issues

im pretty sure you cant go any more than 2.5 on the gmt800's. i wouldnt go that high, i would stick at 2in to avoid breaking stuff in the long run

i have coil springs, not torsion bars, so this wouldnt work, i found some coil spring spacers on ebay, they come in 1inch, 2 inch, 2.5inch, and 3 inch
