level or lift

i have a 04 z71 and i want to lift my truck but just wanna run 33's, so i am not sure if i should just turn the torsion bars or buy a leveling kit or go out and buy a 4 inch lift. I am running 285/75/16 now and would possible like to fit 305's under my truck. I would also like to switch out the factory rims for some dick cepek dc2's after the fierce attitudes need replacing.

Welcome to the site. I'd take a look down in Rims & Tires section for some ideas for what you want to do. I only put a level kit on mine but I kept the stock wheel and tire size. If you want to step up sizes that's where I would look for ideas.

thanks and i already have 285's under my truck at stock height with out anything done to it. i would like to put 33x12.50's under it or 305's. but i think a level kit would do all i want.
