Had my 5.7 rebuilt.bored 30 over and 15000 shaved off deck,rest is stock.my question is do I need computer rebprogramed after trimming is set?

Im no expert, but the truck should still run, although to get the best performance you will need a reprogram.

Pre-'96 you won't be able to do much with the computer ... besides toss it in the trash - then install a carb, intake, & HEI.
