I am going to be helping my dad change his brakes this weekend and need new rotors up front. I'm looking at the Duralast rotors since I can pick them up locally and don't have to worry about shipping.

Are the Duralast rotors any good?

The only other rotors that I can pick up locally without having to special order them are Wearever and Brakebest. Are either of these worth picking up over Duralast?

I used to work for a company that sold wearevers, me personally...get the Duralast. We had so many come back that were crapped out from the lightweight thin metal used to make them.

Mine are holding up ok after almosrt 3 years. But I only drive 8000 miles-ish a year. However, the drums are squealing now.

Gotta take a look a that when I'm actually home form more than a week..

I just installed a set of Duralast rotors and Duralast Gold pads a couple Saturdays ago. They seem to be decent quality. And with a lifetime warranty on the pads and a two year warranty on the rotors, I don't think it was too shabby of a deal.

I need some new rotors myself. I'm thinking about getting Wagner rotors, liftetime warranty if I go with them. I got their brake pads already. Just don't wanna pay $90 a piece for the them.
